That is the dramatic second that retail tycoon Sir Philip Inexperienced was caught on video having an indignant confrontation with a photographer in Cannes.

The incident occurred after the photographer had been taking photos of Sir Philip jogging down the promenade in the course of the Movie Pageant on Might 20, 2017.

However a video has now emerged after Sir Philip was named in Parliament as the person on the centre of allegations of sexual harassment and racial abuse.
