ST. LOUIS (AP) – A St. Louis jury has awarded $550 million to almost two dozen ladies who claimed asbestos in Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powder precipitated their ovarian most cancers.

Jurors introduced the award for compensatory damages Thursday in a lawsuit that included 22 plaintiffs. The St. Louis Put up-Dispatch reviews this case differed from 5 earlier lawsuits towards the corporate as a result of it targeted on claims that asbestos allegedly discovered within the child powder precipitated the most cancers.
